But bats turned into swiss cheese when tackling his slide ball. Ron signed my 3 by 5 card back in '72 as part of Yank advance guard but famous then - who knew? Evidently Guidry did and by '78 everybody ran and hid or just showed up too late. Selah- 25 and 3! Conquering baseball's seams! We don't even pitch that well- not in our wildest dreams!
